The water tank type wire drawing machine is a small continuous production equipment deployment composed of multiple drawing heads. Through step-by-step drawing, the water tank type wire drawing machine puts the drawing head in the water tank, and finally pulls the steel wire to the required specification. The working speed of each drawing head of the water tank wire drawing machine is based on the above formula to ensure that each drawing head operates synchronously. Because the drawing process of the water tank wire drawing machine is completely completed through the drawing of the machine shaft, and these machine shafts are driven under the unified main shaft, the synchronization and harmony of the whole drawing system depends on the speed difference of the drawing wheel and the on-line tension.

It is necessary to use coolant to dissipate heat. The take-up department is driven by a small power motor. When it is necessary to connect and take-up, the line tension is constant. If the tension is bumpy in this section, the winding on the I-wheel of take-up will be uneven.

The winding key of water tank wire drawing machine is the focus key in the equipment deployment control system, which also directly affects the quality of steel wire. For winding, there are usually several control methods:

1) Accept the tension roller adjustment, and the tension during winding is guaranteed by the weight of the tension roller itself.

2) Torque control is adopted. The tension during winding is determined by the given size of torque, but it will lead to the imbalance of winding tension due to the change of winding diameter.

3) For the water tank wire drawing machine with high process requirements, the first control method is usually accepted, and the PID correction effect of frequency converter ACS510 is used to control the adjustment of tension roller.
