GQ high-speed and high-precision wire cutter is a complete set of equipment applied to welding rod production enterprises. Quality of cut-off welding core:
1. The limit deviation of steel wire length is ± 1.0mm.
2. The cut of steel wire shall be flat without burr.
3. Surface roughness of steel wire ≤ RA3 2。
4. Straightness tolerance of steel wire ≤ 1mm.
